I had nice days staying at this great budget hotel. I had recently renovated and reasonably large room with three queen beds.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were helpful, location was fab near the attractions. Had the family room and it was recently renovated and large with 3 double beds.

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was nicely decorated. The staff were really helpful and cooperative, a real pleasure to deal with. Favourable central location near to main attractions and Clifton Hill and the waterfalls. I appreciated the stay.

We got a room with a spa bathtub. The views were scenic and the atmosphere was special. The service was very efficient, including an easy check-in.

Great location near the attractions, good for visiting Niagara Falls. Near to the Niagara Falls, and walkable distance to fall.

Had a wonderful time. The place was clean, newly remodelled and large rooms. I stayed in the room that was been remodeled new with hardwood floors and available with the shower, fridge, microwave oven. There were a microwave and a refrigerator.

The staff were very helpful, and the private parking was available. Central location just next door to Perfect to visit the falls and walking distance of the falls, it was in a very quiet area. Fallsview district was worth exploring.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The price was reasonable, and the location was ideal for all the activities I wanted to do. The room had a microwave and small fridge, which were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable overall. I loved the quiet and terrific hotel.

Had facilities needed in my king room, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. A tub in the reasonably clean bathroom was super awesome;))

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was great.

Overall it was impressive, with a private bathroom.

As for me, the area was questionable.
